Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Bert’s Auto Parts Customer Service Survey, you agree to the following conditions, which are in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Jamaica:

1. Voluntary Participation: Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. Your decision to participate or not will not affect your ability to access products or services from Bert’s Auto Parts.
2.  Survey Purpose: The information collected through this survey will be used to help us improve our products, services, and customer experience. We
   value your feedback.
3. Eligibility for Reward: As a token of appreciation, participants who complete the survey may receive a discount or other promotional offers. This reward is only available to individuals who fully complete the survey.
4.  Expiration Date: Discount awarded is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. After this period, the offer will expire and cannot be redeemed.
5. Non-Transferability: The discount or promotional offer is non-transferable. It may only be used by the individual who completed the survey and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person.
6. No Combination with Other Offers: Discounts or promotional offers received from completing the survey cannot be combined with any other existing promotions, discounts, or special offers at Bert’s Auto Parts. Only one discount may be applied per transaction.
7. Discount Application: The discount or promotional offer may only be applied to eligible products as determined by Bert’s Auto Parts. Some exclusions may apply, and the discount may not be applicable to certain items such as sale items or special orders.
8. Data Usage and Privacy: Any personal information provided during the survey will be treated with confidentiality and used only for the purposes of improving our services and customer experience. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
9. Survey Access: The QR code for the survey is intended for use by customers of Bert’s Auto Parts. Unauthorized use of the survey link or attempts to exploit the survey for any fraudulent purposes are strictly prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms: Bert’s Auto Parts reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the survey or other appropriate channels.
11. Right to Withdraw: If you wish to withdraw from the survey or stop participating, you may do so at any time without any consequence.
